I am sharing a brief presentation outlining complex factors that may have contributed to recent Air India flight AI-171 mishap, based on information currently available. This is shared with spirit of encouraging thorough & transparent investigation to determine true causes of this unfortunate event. I remain committed towards upholding the highest standards of professionalism, accuracy, transparency, and fairness — values that I believe are essential to truth and integrity. I encourage all aviators to engage in open, thoughtful reflection so that a common consensus could be achieved.
